Cancellation Policy
**All client information and recovery details are kept strictly confidential in compliance with HIPAA standards.** **No personal or medical information will be shared without written consent.** Payments & Cancellations Payment is due at time of booking to secure services or at least $100 deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may result in a non-refundable deposit. Refunds are not provided once services have begun. Scope of Services Purple Passion Recovery provides some medical assistance ,including vital checks and bandage support. Space setup, light errands , healthy meal prep, light housekeeping ,bathing assistance and gentle mobility. Safety & Boundaries Staff reserves the right to decline service if a situation becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or outside of the agreed-upon service scope. Travel & Service Area Services are available within 25 miles of Chicago, IL. Additional fees may apply outside of this range. Communication All services includes Free consultation call to review needs, expectations, and recovery planning as well as supplies needed for a better healing process. Updates, changes, or special requests should be communicated at 24 hours before scheduled services.
